We typically invest in companies with operating earnings/EBITDA between $5 million and $50 million, while remaining open to smaller opportunities that strategically complement our existing portfolio. What matters most is not size, but the clarity of the opportunity and the strength of the underlying business.

We do not impose rigid timelines on our investments. While many partnerships naturally span four to seven years, our focus extends well beyond the traditional horizon. We aim to position every company for durable success—building the systems, strategy, and leadership needed to thrive long after our involvement. Sustainable value creation, not short‑term gains, is the standard we hold ourselves to.
